This is a low volume assembly line to improve the ergonomics for the worker. The frames were designed using Bosch Rexroth extruded aluminum framing. Using starndard extruded framing reduced the cost of manufacturing and allows the stations to be easily modified in the future. This project was so succesfull, several more ergonimic/efficiency projects were undertaken using the same methods.
