A great deal of the work we
have done has been with the electronics industry. Working closely with
the Electrical Engineers and Technisions, we designed all of the custom
mechanical components in this large, industrial battery charger. The
drawers and chassis are all custom designed sheetmetal. All of the
electrical components, down to the major PCB hardware, were modeled for
clearance checking and assembly documentation. Step by step assembly
proceedures with notes for fastener torques, part numbers and special
insturctions were documented on drawings for outside contract assembly.
